We visited Granbury, Texas on Saturday, 20 October 2007. The beautiful weather made it easy to enjoy ourselves. We had a great time shopping, munching on the festival food, and visiting with friends. Part of our group went to see a play at the Granbury Opera House, "The Andrews Brothers". The Granbury Opera House is a historic theatre in Texas and quiet a charming venue to enjoy plays. The BAAS club purpose is to provide avenues for socialization, education, and volunteerism for students 50 years and over. One of our favorite ways to get to know one another and make new friends is to travel. We like to take day trips as well as trips with over night stays.
