A small group of us traveled to the fair. It was a warm day with plenty of sunshine, we loved the fresh air. We drank lots of water, ate lots of "fair" food and went into as many building as possible. The Women's Museum, Cool Cars, Beautiful crafts of all types too. We saw Marilyn Monroe made out of butter, isn't that incredible! Good memories abound even with these extra pounds and the red, sore skin that glows like an ember I bet next time I'll remember... the hat & gloves & sunscreen by the pound!
